Department

You will be part of the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions and mining team. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in a multinational organization and in an environment involving different cultures and different challenges.

Your responsibilities
Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete daily cycle counts

  • Monitor stock levels

  • Assist in identifying aged stock

  • Ensure that system stock records are accurately maintained

  • Ensure the bin location stays up to date

  • Maintaining and assisting with a safe storage work area

  • Provide weekly documented feedback on stock discrepancies, Bin location, and SLOB

  • Assist internal staff with stock queries

  • Assist with Mins & Max stock levels

  • Assist with the management of slow-moving stock

  • Assist other departments from time to time when required

  • Required to work after hours when required

What you bring

  • Gr12 with Mathematics

  • A Stores/Supply Chain Management Diploma will be an advantage

  • An Order-Picker / Forklift license

  • 5-10 years’ relevant Stock controller experience

  • Computer literate with experience in MS Office application, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Experience in Advanced Microsoft Excel will be an advantage

  • Experience in SAP and or Microsoft D365 ERP system

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, with attention to detail and quality

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve mindset

  • Positive and goal-driven attributes
