Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive experiences across our product and marketing platforms.As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of scalable, user-centric experiences across our SaaS product and marketing surfaces. You’ll collaborate directly with engineering, customer success, and marketing to solve real user problems. This role is ideal for a design leader who champions user-centric thinking and drives consistency, clarity, and conversion across every touchpoint.
Required Skills:
5+ years designing B2B or data-heavy SaaS products (portfolio required).
Deep expertise in Figma (or Sketch/XD) plus a solid design-system mindset.
Strong interaction design chops—flows, prototypes, micro-motions, accessibility.
Confidence to lead workshops, present to stakeholders and hold your ground on design decisions.
A flair for marketing pages—knowing how copy, visuals and UX team up to drive action.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience designing analytics, BI, or data-heavy SaaS products
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks
Ability to collaborate closely with engineers for smooth design-to-development handoffs
Understanding of conversion-focused design for marketing and growth pages
Exposure to usability testing, experimentation, or data-informed design decisions.
What You’ll Own
Website & Marketing: From landing pages to campaign microsites—design experiences that convert.
Core Product: Translate complex data flows (onboarding, segmentation, reporting) into interfaces that feel effortless.
Cross-Team Leadership: No product manager here—partner directly with Customer Success, Engineering and our marketers to surface real needs.
User Advocacy: Run quick research, usability tests and design critiques. Champion simplicity and consistency across every screen.
