We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Finance, Operations and HR Manager as a single function in the company to ensure smooth ongoing operations across the board.


This is a high-impact role at the heart of the business, working directly with the founders and leadership team.

What you'll do


Finance

  • Own day-to-day financial operations including Bank accounts (Israel and US) payroll across multiple geographies, clients invoices, vendor payments, collections, and expense management

  • Prepare management reports and support audit processes

  • Work with external accounting and auditors across multiple geographies

Operations

  • Own core operational processes and office needs, keep the company running smoothly

  • Build and improve internal workflows, policies, and documentation

  • Manage contracts, vendors, and key operational partners

  • Support scaling from early-stage chaos to repeatable, efficient execution

  • Own compliance processes like ISO 27001 and SOC2

HR

  • Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

  • Manage payroll, benefits, equity administration, and HR compliance

  • Be the go-to person for employees on HR-related topics

  • Help build a strong, high-performance company culture as we grow

  • Support recruiting operations and coordination as needed


Who Are You

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, operations, or HR roles, in startups or high-growth tech companies

  • A hard worker that is comfortable wearing multiple hats and owning things end to end

  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Strong financial literacy with hands-on experience managing company finances

  • Experienced working with external service providers and advisors

  • Able to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and execute without heavy oversight

  • High integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership
