Role : Recruiter /Corporate HR RecruiterResponsibilities•Assist senior recruiters with Sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across projects•Work along with Senior recruiters to understand hiring leaders’ needs and deliver value by crafting best solutions for them•Create an excellent experience, supporting talent assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.•Support with scheduling interviews and candidate onboarding processes.•Conduct basic administrative tasks related to recruitment, including data entry and record management.•Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.•Utilize basic Excel functions to analyze and present recruitment data (as instructed).•Staying updated about hiring trends and best practicesThe Role offers•Identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring from the competitive market.•Collaborate with senior recruiters to gain insight into business talent needs and build proactive talent pipeline for critical upcoming positionsEssential Skills•Overall 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment and Sourcing with 4+ years of Strong experience in IT recruitment•Excellent Communication Skills •Attention to Detail•Should be able to negotiate and have good selling skills •Time ManagementEssential Qualification•Any Graduation/MBA in HR would be an added advantage.
