WorkNomads is on the hunt for an IT Support Engineer/Junior System Administrator to join our team, working hybrid from the WorkNomads base in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your mission at WorkNomads: 

  •     Resolve the “middle complexity” tickets
        Standardize fixes via playbooks (repeat issues become repeatable resolution)
        Strengthen stability by reducing misconfigurations and inconsistent policy application
        Provide structured escalations only when genuinely needed

  •     Intune: device enrollment, policy adjustments, compliance troubleshooting, standard package deployments
        Entra ID / identity: standard account issues, access policy changes, group/role troubleshooting
        SharePoint: permissions issues, site access patterns, standard configuration troubleshooting
        Integrations and dependencies: basic investigation, log gathering, coordination
        Basic security/infrastructure troubleshooting (non-architectural): first diagnostics + remediation playbooks
        Basic DB knowledge for integrations support (not DBA work)
      
     

We want to hear from you if you have: 

  • 3+ years in Microsoft-centric environment
  • Hands-on experience with Intune + Entra + SharePoint (practical troubleshooting, not just theory)
  • Strong root-cause thinking and documentation discipline
  • The ability to operate as a bridge between L1 and senior engineers
  • Fluency in English 
  • A passion about continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting 
  • A team player mentality and believe no one should be left behind regardless of background
