Finance Analyst (LoH / Launch) - IMG Manufacturing
Position Grade - SG 7
Month-End Close Activities:
Process month-end journal entries for accruals and reclass.
Compare actuals against forecasts for IMG region by plant.
Collate key physical metrics related to changes in operations and prepare variance reports for management reviews.
Forecast Consolidation:
Gather and consolidate inputs from various plants for financial forecasts.
Load forecast data into the IMPRS system.
Analyze and report variances for key financial metrics including ITI, YoY, Plan and QoQ
Prepare management schedules for review and approval, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Budgeting and Business Planning:
Develop and maintain the budget and business plan for the IMG region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
KPI Tracking:
Update the bowler template with actuals for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) agreed upon during the budgeting process.
Monitor KPI performance and provide insights for decision-making.
Headcount Reporting:
Collect and submit headcount information for IMG plants to the European team for overall consolidation and review.
Ensure compliance with reporting formats and timelines.
Operational Modernization:
Identify opportunities to modernize and transform finance operations within IMG manufacturing.
Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
Educational : CA / CWA / MBA Fin / Other relevant qualification
Skills :
Strong teamwork and communication in English
Solid background in financial planning and reporting
Solid MS-office skills especially in Excel, Powerpoint
Highly motivated, self-starter, and quick learner
Detail oriented, High integrity with good attitude and interpersonal skills
Preference:
Finance experience with IMPRS knowledge
Digital Tools experience (PowerBI & Power Apps)
