Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate property wine program in support of beverage department and restaurant operations
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations
- Constantly interact with guests, exposing them to our wine experience
- Maintain current and accurate wine information on the wine lists
- Manage wine cellar arrangement and maintain its tidiness
- Assist in department wine training programs
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years' sommelier experience in a 5-star hotel or renowned restaurant
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage management or related field preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Possess knowledge in PC skills and MS Office
- Must be willing to learn and be groomed towards fulfilling the role
