Key Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field .

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Strong experience in resourcing, contractor management, and client-facing recruitment .

Proven exposure to labour relations, CCMA cases, and disciplinary processes .

Experience in business development or account management within a resourcing environment.
-
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation .
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and lead the HR function end-to-end.
