About this role
The IT Risk Tribe sits within the CISO division and plays a key role in protecting the organisation by strengthening IT risk management, control frameworks, and regulatory alignment. The tribe works across several squads covering areas such as IT risk governance, control design, compliance, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a Tribe Scrum Master to support the tribe and its squads in building strong ways of working, improving delivery, and reinforcing an agile, collaborative culture.
Your role
As Tribe Scrum Master, you act as a facilitator, coach and delivery partner for the tribe. You support Scrum Masters and squads, help the tribe leadership improve flow and prioritisation, and create the conditions for teams to perform at their best.

What you’ll do
- Coach squads and tribe leadership on Agile ways of working
- Facilitate key tribe ceremonies and tribe-level events
- Help identify and remove impediments, risks, and delivery bottlenecks
- Serve as a trusted servant leader, empowering squads and tribe to resolve challenges and deliver value effectively
- Support coordination across squads and with external stakeholders
- Monitor the Tribe’s performance metrics using KPI and Key Agile Metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the tribe’s continuous improvement and agile maturity
- Act as a trusted partner for tribe stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master / Agile roles in IT or security environments
- Experience working in complex organisations with many stakeholders and dependencies
- Demonstrated servant leadership skills throughout your career.
- Strong facilitation, communication and influencing skills
- A pragmatic mindset: focused on outcomes, not just frameworks
- Experience supporting multiple teams or at tribe / program level is a strong plus
- Interest in IT risk, security, compliance or regulated environments is highly valued
