Application Engineer

Shanghai | Full time | Unlimited

Your tasks

• Provide technical support for customers, projects, and products, including non-standard inquiries.
• Propose tailored solutions and support prototypes and pre-series production.
• Manage technical pre-sales and after-sales services, including training and complaint analysis.
• Assist sales teams in identifying opportunities and driving product initiatives.
• Represent HUBER+SUHNER at technical seminars and exhibitions.
• Ensure effective communication of technical information and new product releases.
• Take responsibility for assigned product groups to achieve business goals.
• Stay updated on latest technologies and support strategy with market insights. 

Your profile

• Technical or Engineering Bachelor degree with 5+ year engineering application experience.
• Experience in RF/FO components and these product applications on Railway communication equipment.
• RF Antenna background is needed.
• Familiar with train communication solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient English language capability both in written and spoken.
