ABOUT THE ROLE
As Product Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of product marketing for a defined portfolio of products. You’ll shape how our products are positioned, messaged and taken to market, ensuring alignment with our broader product marketing strategy and commercialisation framework.
You will lead go-to-market planning, product launches and ongoing adoption initiatives, working closely with Product, Sales and Corporate Marketing to accelerate time to revenue and maximise the impact of product releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing and communications strategy
- Own product positioning, messaging and value propositions across channels
- Partner with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to deliver effective go-to-market plans
- Build tools, content and programs that drive customer adoption, engagement and retention
- Lead product launches, feature releases and ongoing product storytelling
- Conduct market and customer research to inform audience segmentation and messaging
- Use CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) to automate campaigns, manage segmentation and deliver targeted communications
- Measure and optimise performance across campaigns, launches and adoption initiatives
SALARY
- The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 + superannuation.
ABOUT YOU
You’re an experienced Product Marketing Manager who thrives in an entrepreneurial, values-led environment. You’re passionate about technology, commercially minded, and bring a strategic yet hands-on approach to your work. You’re comfortable owning a product marketing portfolio end to end, leading cross-functional and matrixed teams, and navigating complexity to deliver measurable business outcomes.
You build trust quickly with Product, Sales and Marketing leaders, using data and insight to shape decisions, refine positioning and drive adoption and growth. You’re a clear communicator, a collaborative partner, and confident applying judgement across competing priorities in fast-moving environments.
You will also bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years’ experience in product or B2B marketing, ideally across consumer-facing products, financial services, digital banking, payments or technology-led businesses
- Experience operating within large, matrixed organisations, with exposure to start-up or high-growth environments
Nice to have:
- Experience launching and scaling products in eCommerce, FinTech or PayTech
- A strong track record in developing compelling value propositions and product narratives
- Advanced analytical capability, including pricing, offers and commercial optimisation
- Pragmatic Marketing certification (or equivalent)
