Description
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple roles in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening through interviews and extending offers, while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and a consistent candidate experience.
This position requires someone who is process-driven, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities. The ideal candidate understands how to move quickly without sacrificing quality and can partner effectively with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and team culture.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, networking, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide timely and professional communication to all candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Paylocity.
- Meet or exceed recruiting metrics for time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Prior experience in a high-volume or fast-paced recruiting environment preferred
- Proven ability to source and hire for a variety of roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience using an ATS and recruiting tools
- Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and follow-through
What to Expect Day to Day
- Full-time, onsite Monday through Friday schedule
- Occasional evening or weekend availability during peak hiring periods
- Frequent computer use for sourcing, candidate tracking, and communication
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Occasional travel for job fairs and recruiting events
- Regular handling of confidential and sensitive information
