Role Purpose:
As a Product Designer at Ryt Bank, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-centered design solutions that address both user needs and business objectives.
In This Role, You Will:
Own the design projects, from concept to final implementation, consistently delivering high-quality user interfaces and experience designs.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to contribute to high-level strategic decisions, translating ideas into intuitive and visually compelling designs.
Utilize your design thinking and problem-solving skills to create solutions that effectively balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
Lead and participate in design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and user research activities to gather insights and validate design concepts.
Produce user-centered design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications that guide development and ensure design consistency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies, actively sharing insights and incorporating new ideas into your design process.
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating user-centered design solutions.
Strong proficiency in Figma as your primary design tools.
Good understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, allowing you to effectively present and articulate your design rationale to cross-functional teams.
Experience working in an agile development environment, able to adapt and iterate designs based on new user insights, scope changes, or technical limitations.
A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
