Who we are looking for...
We are seeking an In-House Recruiter to support the firm’s continued growth across Florida. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles and will operate within ETM’s structured Recruiting Framework, focused on building pipelines, strengthening hiring manager partnerships, and creating a repeatable, data-informed recruiting function.
The ideal candidate has prior experience recruiting within the A/E/C industry, understands technical roles, and is comfortable balancing sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and execution. This is a hands-on role with visibility across the organization and the opportunity to help scale ETM’s recruiting infrastructure. The following skills will be required for this position:
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Hiring Manager Partnership
- Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
- Lead structured intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and success criteria
- Partner with business leaders to prioritize requisitions and manage expectations
- Provide regular recruiting status updates and pipeline visibility to stakeholders
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain active pipelines for all Business units
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and internal databases
- Maintain ETM’s centralized talent databases.
Recruiting Operations & Process
- Support and maintain standardized recruiting workflows, intake tools, and interview scorecards
- Utilize structured interview guides and evaluation tools to improve consistency and decision quality
- Track and report recruiting metrics, including pipeline health and time-to-fill.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of ETM’s recruiting playbook and best practices
University & Early-Career Recruiting
- Support ETM’s university and intern pipeline strategy, including outreach and conversion tracking
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align early-career hiring with long-term workforce planning
Employer Branding & Market Presence
- Partner with Marketing and HR to support role-specific recruiting campaigns and always-on employer branding
- Represent ETM’s value proposition clearly to candidates at different career stages
Requirements
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the A/E/C, engineering consulting, construction, or related technical industries
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for professional or technical roles
- Strong sourcing capability and comfort engaging passive candidates
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and influence decisions
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting analytics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-through
