Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met throughout the community

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality

- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, resident rooms, and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance

- Collaborate with management to address resident needs and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly

- Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment, fostering staff development and morale

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or management, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and sanitation standards

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in cleaning or hospitality management is a plus
