This role requires full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle and close collaboration with U.S.-based hiring managers.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently, with excellent communication skills and strong experience recruiting professional roles in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working with U.S. stakeholders and candidates is highly valued.

Location: Europe (Remote) Working Hours: U.S. Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for white-collar roles across the U.S. market.
- Partner with U.S.-based hiring managers to clearly define role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates.
- Provide hiring managers with candidate insights, market feedback, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and data in the ATS.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through professional and transparent communication.
- Meet hiring targets and timelines while managing multiple roles simultaneously.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience recruiting white-collar roles, preferably for the U.S. market.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned roles.
- Results-driven mindset with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Bilingual English–Russian (preferred).
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills.
- Experience with Pinpoint ATS (preferred).
