Associate Brand Manager
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides an ongoing analysis of the brand and competitive environment;
- Draw accurate conclusions from financial and other quantitative data to make sound recommendations. Presents finding to senior leadership;
- Manages the execution of brand initiatives as identified and assigned by the Brand Manager;
- Based on knowledge gained from an in depth understanding of the brand and category, identify and recommend key initiatives to the brand manager;
- Works closely with consumer promotions manager to communicate brand strategy and ensures that the strategy is reflected in the executional plan;
- Supports the strategic brand plans that not only deliver on annual and longer term financial objectives, but also protect brand equity and enhance brand health;
- Supports cross functional roles in day to day activities and meetings as well as project based work as needed.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge equivalent to BS/BA degree completed by July 2026;
- Marketing competences: Learning and change agility, customer focus, action oriented/drives results, collaborates globally and locally, plans and aligns, drives stakeholder engagement, effectively manages suppliers;
- Financial and Operational Acumen: Excellent financial management skills to critically and objectively assess programs and investments versus results;
- Ability to streamline operational processes and drive efficiency though the use of technology, with excellent problem solving skills;
- Analytical Acumen: Superior analytical ability, assessing different models and related outputs. Experience with business forecasting a plus. Potential to assess and react to complex technical information;
- Marketing Brand Building: Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to create an environment that encourages innovation and risk taking. ability to engage in positive/productive debate with the leaders of key internal constituent groups. Ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders;
- P&L Management: Takes ownership of top and bottom line. Strategic management, planning, and execution abilities, including ability to focus on the "bigger picture"
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred:(MBA desirable) plus 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a CPG/healthcare environment.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $90720.00 - 136080.00 . Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
