Marketing Coordinator
Dome Construction is seeking a driven, detail oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team.

As a Marketing Coordinator at Dome, you will play a meaningful role in shaping how our firm is represented to clients, partners, and the communities we serve.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will support corporate and regional marketing initiatives, business development efforts, and brand communications across multiple offices.
This position offers strong visibility, hands on ownership of impactful projects, and a clear path for professional growth.
What you will do
Support the development and coordination of proposals, qualifications, and presentations from kickoff through final delivery.
Collaborate with project teams to develop clear, compelling, and client focused content. Create and manage marketing materials including presentations, social media content, and internal communications.
Assist with branding efforts by producing polished, brand consistent collateral using Adobe InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint. Support internal and external events as needed.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Two to six years of marketing experience, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry. Strong writing, editing, and visual design skills.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience supporting proposals or client facing marketing materials is strongly preferred.

Additional information
This is an hourly, non exempt position based in San Diego, California, with occasional travel to other regional offices or local events.
