We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Frappe and ERPNext to design, build, and enhance ERP workflows used by real-world academic and institutional environments. This role involves end-to-end ownership of features, working across backend, frontend, and integrations in high-usage production systems.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom features using Frappe and ERPNext
- Build and maintain custom DocTypes, server-side scripts, and REST APIs
- Develop frontend components and UI enhancements using JavaScript, Vue, or React as required
- Optimize application performance and reliability for high-traffic, production-grade systems
- Integrate ERP systems with payment gateways, external portals, and communication tools
- Deploy, monitor, and support live production features
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and scalability
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of hands-on development experience with Frappe and ERPNext
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, including client scripts and basic Vue.js
- Experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting production systems
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar)
- Understanding of ERP workflows and data models
Good to Have
- Experience building a Frappe application from scratch
- Knowledge of background jobs, Redis, schedulers, and async processing
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization
- Exposure to education or academic ERP systems
