Job Identification

We are looking for an Engineer to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Kazakhstan.

What We Expect

• Improve the food safety systems (HACCP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) in accordance with applicable international standards, sanitary norms and rules;
• Comply with and implement the requirements of The Coca-Cola Company quality system, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, regulatory documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with applicable international standards, sanitary norms and rules for equipment and production processes;
• Supervise the work of laboratory staff, including the trainings and develop the skills of technicians;
• Draw up work schedules for laboratory staff in accordance with the production plan;
• Coordinate physico-chemical, microbiological analyses and sensory program with a view to ensure laboratory control and quality compliance of raw materials and materials and ready-to-drink products with the current standards and technical requirements;
• Coordinate in-time receipt of analysis and test results, register them, make technical documentation on works fulfilled by the microbiology laboratory;
• Develop and apply in the production new laboratory control methods and improve the existing methods as well;
• Timely inform the relevant divisions of the company about analysis and test results;
• Ensure proper state of settings, devices, tools and other laboratory equipment;
• Control the state of the laboratory equipment and workplaces of the laboratory employees, their compliance with HSE requirements, take measures to eliminate existing problems;

Qualifications

• University Graduate (degree in engineering or chemistry);
• Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field;
• Skills in HSE, occupational sanitation and fire safety rules and norms;
• Knowledge of  standard FSSC 22000, quality control, deal with customer claims, develop quality control procedures, develop testing programs and methods, collect and analyze information, business correspondence;
• Knowledge of laws and other statutory enactments of the Republic of Kazakhstan, methodical and normative documents related to the performance of QA Engiiner; standards, methods, instructions on terms of development and registration of technical documents upon performance results; requirements to materials, semi-products, complementary parts, finished products; methods of testing, technical calculations and arrangement of laboratory control at production sites; structure and exploitation of laboratory equipment and computer devices; domestic and foreign experience in technological testing and laboratory control of production; basis of economy, production engineering, workplace management and business administration; basis of labor laws.
• English level  -Upper-intermediate
• Computer skills: MS Office,SAP
