About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to maintain and scale our BI and reporting infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability. This role combines infrastructure management, deployment automation, and cloud operations, along with essential administrative and documentation responsibilities. You will play a key role in improving deployment processes, strengthening system stability, and enabling efficient collaboration across technical teams.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and optimize the BI and reporting infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance
• Design and implement deployment automation pipelines to streamline releases and reduce manual effort
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency
• Use Terraform to define and manage infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Perform administrative tasks, including user access management and system permissions
• Organize and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and knowledge sharing across teams
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively improve system resilience
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to support development and delivery workflows
• Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar infrastructure-focused role
• Availability to work in US PST time-zone
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
• Strong expertise in AWS and cloud infrastructure best practices
• Experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation strategies
• Ability to manage system administration tasks, including user management and access control
• Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining clear, structured documentation
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation, reliability, and scalability
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
