About this role

The Corporate Recruiter will be handling end-to-end recruitment processing of
candidates for our support roles.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develops, and creates job advertisements to be posted on job boards and social media
  • Management of Job portals and boards
  • Sourcing for sufficient pool of candidates to meet hiring needs
  • Screen and interview candidates in accordance to company, client and account qualifications
  • Scheduling of candidates for Hiring managers interviews
  • Maintain effective relationships with Hiring Managers, Clients and Account leads
  • Have occasional recruitment calibrations to align with needs of the client
  • Keep track of daily, weekly, monthly reports on hiring needs
  • Conduct job offer, contract signing and collection of requirements for qualified candidates
  • Provide proper onboarding and new hire orientation to hires 

Ideal candidates have:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/ College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related working experience in support hiring for a BPO
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge an MS office applications
  • Applicants must be willing to work in our Manila site.
