Senior Automation QA Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Automation QA Engineer at Marsh, you will ensure that testing processes are effectively implemented and adhered to throughout the software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans, managing testing activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

We will count on you to:

• Will lead a team of testers and automation engineers, focusing on delivering high-quality releases and enhancing productivity through automation.
• Will apply critical thinking to generate innovative ideas for test automation.
• Will implement test automation strategies utilizing AI technologies.
• Works globally and collaborates across Marsh Technology and business units.
• Acts as a Career Development Adviser for other members of the Quality Assurance team.
• Responsible for analyzing specifications, develop and implement testing strategies, and review test plans created and executed by team members.
• Reports on the quality of the software being tested and provide recommendations accordingly.
• Consistently meets project testing schedules, delivery timelines, and deadlines.

What you need to have:

•  Bachelor's degree in computer science, related degree, or relevant experience
• 6+ years of experience as Automation QA engineer or Tester
• Skilled in programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with database management tools such as Microsoft SQL, SQL Management Studio or Mongo DB
• Expertise in testing and automation tools such as Selenium, Postman r JMeter etc.
• Advanced Level of English is a Must
