
About this role
As a Marketing Specialist reporting to Director of Marketing, you’ll play a meaningful role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at improving client retention and satisfaction for our Capital Markets product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and complete client retention programs that drive loyalty and satisfaction.
- Create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation to address specific needs and preferences.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
- Collaborate across sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with proven experience in client loyalty, retention marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of completing successful marketing campaigns.
- Highly organized, diligent, and proactive, growing in fast‑paced and dynamic environments with a strong team‑player attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo or equivalent is a plus.
This position will be located in Stockholm and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
