Your Mission
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, your mission is to attract, engage, and assess top talent for our growing Microsoft-focused IT and consulting teams, with a strong focus on the Portuguese market.
Working closely with the People & Culture function, you will play a key role in shaping an excellent candidate experience while building strong and sustainable talent pipelines.
You will be hands-on in sourcing and interviewing candidates, while partnering with senior stakeholders who own overall recruitment strategy and decision-making.
Occupancy: Full-time or part-time (minimum 60%)
Your Tasks
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial screening and in-depth interviews (HR and competency-based)
- Assess candidate fit in terms of skills, motivation, and cultural alignment
- Present qualified candidates with clear insights and recommendations
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team on hiring priorities and process improvements
- Keep recruitment data accurate and up to date
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, especially for the Portuguese market
Your Profile
- Proven experience in recruitment, with hands-on sourcing and interviewing responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of the Portuguese talent market
- Comfortable recruiting in an international, English-speaking environment
- Able to work collaboratively while managing your own pipelines and priorities
- Structured, reliable, and confident when engaging with candidates and stakeholders
- Curious about people, motivations, and long-term fit
- Ability to understand and discuss technical profiles, skills, and career paths with candidates and hiring managers
Nice to Have
- Experience in a consulting or fast-scaling tech environment
- Exposure to employer branding in tech (events, meetups, LinkedIn campaigns)
- Basic understanding of cloud and software development concepts
