Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead – Full Stack to lead a new Scrum team responsible for modernizing a high-revenue business-critical application. The application is currently built on Classic ASP, ASPX, MVC .NET, and AngularJS, and is being migrated to ReactJS on the front end and .NET Core on the backend. The role involves close collaboration with the Solution Architect, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and maintaining strong client engagement. Candidate should be able to do the transition from Monolith to Microservices. Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design and development for full-stack solutions.
- Drive migration from legacy technologies to modern stack (ReactJS, .NET Core).
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with Solution Architect and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor team members and share technical knowledge across teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.
- Should be able to perform Monolithic to Microservices transition.
- Full Stack Development: ReactJS, .NET Core, MVC .NET, C#
- Database: MS SQL Server
- Cloud: AWS services (hands-on experience)
- API Development: REST API design and implementation
- DevOps: CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Security: Application security best practices
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- AngularJS

- Experience with application modernization projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead role.
- Proven experience in leading teams in Agile Scrum environments.
