About this role

We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect with strong Salesforce Platform expertise and hands-on experience in Automotive Cloud and OmniStudio to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions for automotive clients.

Responsibilities: • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging Salesforce Platform, Automotive Cloud, and OmniStudio. • Translate automotive business requirements into scalable and secure technical architectures. • Define OmniStudio architecture using OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors following best practices. • Architect solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and industry data models. • Define and review integration patterns with external systems (DMS, ERP, vehicle data platforms). • Provide technical leadership during discovery, sprint planning, and delivery phases. • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards. • Support pre-sales activities, including technical solutioning and estimation.

Requirements

• Strong experience with the Salesforce Platform (data model, security, automation, integrations). • Proven experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud. • Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors). • Experience designing enterprise-level and multi-cloud Salesforce solutions. • Knowledge of integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven architectures, middleware). Language Requirements: • Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken). • Spanish is a plus. Nice to Have: • Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) implementations. • MuleSoft or complex integration experience. • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Architect, Integration Architect, Industries, Automotive Cloud
