About the job

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Portfolio Manager within the Wealth & Asset Management (WAM specifically for our Subsidiary, IOLCUS Investments.

This role is pivotal in managing client investment portfolios in accordance with their individual investment profiles, objectives, and risk limits, aiming to achieve optimal returns within the defined compliance and regulatory framework. You will be responsible for optimizing portfolio performance while ensuring strict adherence to risk levels and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Define tailored investment strategies for each client portfolio and select the most suitable investment instruments (equities, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, alternative investments)
  • Monitor market trends, portfolio performance, and risks on an ongoing basis using Bloomberg Terminal and other leading financial information systems
  • Make and execute investment decisions in accordance with approved management policies and regulatory requirements
  • Implement portfolio rebalancing and restructuring strategies to maintain alignment with client objectives and market conditions
  • Ensure full compliance with investment limits, client risk profiles, and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Stay ahead ofglobal market developments, economic trends, and new investment opportunities to enhance portfolio outcomes.

Requirements

  •  MBA or MSc in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in portfolio management or a related role within an institutional or investment environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal
  • Certification from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (at least Certificate C or equivalent) is desirable
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic markets and regulatory environments
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
