Your team
You’ll be part of the APAC Data Legal team within our Global Data Legal function. We’re a friendly, supportive group that values knowledge sharing and teamwork. You’ll have the chance to learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to UBS’s global standards for data protection and client confidentiality.
Your expertise
We’re looking for someone who is:
• A qualified lawyer, ideally with some experience or a strong interest in data protection or technology law (we’ll help you build your expertise!)
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with good project management skills
• Able to assess legal risks and provide practical, solution-focused advice
• A clear communicator who enjoys sharing knowledge with others
• Experienced in-house (especially in financial services or technology) or from a reputable law firm is a plus, but not required
• Commercially minded, with sound judgment and a “can do” attitude
• Ready to take ownership, build relationships, and work independently when needed
