Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead and implement Agility Core Practices within the SRE team to optimize workflows and delivery.
* Utilize Analytics to monitor system performance, identify trends, and proactively address potential issues.
* Provide Coaching and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Develop and maintain robust Configuration Management and Release processes to ensure system stability and integrity.
* Drive Continuous Deployment and Release pipelines, optimizing for speed, efficiency, and reliability.
* Collaborate with Digital Project Management teams to align SRE initiatives with overall project goals and timelines.
* Facilitate discussions and problem-solving sessions among technical teams to resolve complex system issues.
* Implement and enforce best practices for Information Security across all deployed systems and infrastructure.
* Apply expertise in Relational Data Modelling to design and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks through comprehensive Risk Management strategies.
* Develop and maintain automation scripts using various Scripting languages to streamline operational tasks.
* Oversee Service Operations and Resilience, ensuring high availability and rapid recovery from incidents.
* Manage Source Control and Code Management systems, advocating for best practices in version control and collaboration.
* Design and implement scalable and resilient System Designs for new and existing applications.
* Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:**
* Extensive experience with Agility Core Practices in an SRE or DevOps environment.
* Proven ability to utilize Analytics for system performance monitoring and optimization.
* Demonstrated experience in Coaching and mentoring technical teams.
* Strong understanding and practical experience with Configuration Management and Release tools and methodologies.
* Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Deployment and Release pipelines.
* Experience collaborating with Digital Project Management frameworks and teams.
* Excellent Facilitation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* In-depth knowledge and practical application of Information Security principles.
* Proficiency in Relational Data Modelling and database optimization.
* Solid understanding and experience in Risk Management strategies for IT operations.
* Advanced Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
* Extensive experience in Service Operations and Resilience, including incident response and post-mortems.
* Proficiency with Source Control and Code Management systems (e.g., Git).
* Strong background in System Design, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
