We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2C growth, can optimise full-funnel performance, and consistently convert ad spend into measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok.
- Own end-to-end performance funnels including ads, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Continuously test and optimise creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROI.
- Track, analyse, and optimise key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CPM, and ROAS.
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across channels to maximise performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through experimentation, insights, and data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid growth.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and conversion rate optimisation.
- Experience working with B2C or consumer tech products is preferred.
- Experience targeting US or international markets is a strong plus.
- Availability to work full-time, in-office, 6 days a week in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
