
About this role
We currently have an opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join our Asset Management team and play a key role in enabling high‑quality technical solutions that support critical service delivery across our contracts. Reporting to the Systems Team Lead, you’ll help deliver reliable, future‑focused systems that underpin essential services for our clients.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Provide functional support for Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS/CAFM), ensuring they meet business needs and enhance operational performance.
- Analyse and document business systems and processes, contributing to functional requirements and system improvements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and contract teams to troubleshoot issues, optimise workflows, and uplift system capability.
- Support data management activities including data loading, data quality assurance, and the translation of business information into meaningful outputs.
- Participate in system testing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver reliable and user‑friendly technology solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience providing support within large enterprise environments and confidence working across complex systems.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capability and the ability to interpret and communicate technical information clearly.
- A collaborative, people‑focused approach — you enjoy partnering with others, building positive working relationships, and creating solutions together.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and contribute proactively to team outcomes.
- Desirable experience in CMMS/CAFM systems, software development concepts, databases, reporting tools, or data analytics.
