In this Role, you’ll get to
- Handle clients' travel booking inquiries via email and phone
- Handle the VIP's inquiry with a good service attitude.
- Maintain sound relations with clients' travel managers and travelers
- Propose optimum travel plans and suggestions to clients (balancing the cost, time, and convenience)
- Handle booking/change/cancellation in air ticket, hotel, rental, car, railway, etc.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant course
- Experience in operating GDS - Amadeus is preferred
- Business proficiency (oral and written) in English
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
