In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Handle clients' travel booking inquiries via email and phone
  • Handle the VIP's inquiry with a good service attitude.
  • Maintain sound relations with clients' travel managers and travelers
  • Propose optimum travel plans and suggestions to clients (balancing the cost, time, and convenience)
  • Handle booking/change/cancellation in air ticket, hotel, rental, car, railway, etc.

What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant course
  • Experience in operating GDS - Amadeus is preferred
  • Business proficiency (oral and written) in English
  • Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
