Now we are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build the core backend of our Case Management platform. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape a central product with complex data models and high business impact.
What You Will Be Doing:
Design and build core backend services for the Case Management system that unifies multiple compliance and risk products.
Model and implement complex domain logic for cases, signals, entities, and investigation workflows.
Design data structures and APIs that allow investigators to work with large, interconnected datasets from a single interface.
Build scalable backend solutions that support high data volumes and evolving product requirements.
Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and other backend teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Take strong ownership of backend architecture decisions and continuously improve performance and maintainability.
About You:
Strong experience in backend development with a focus on data-heavy and domain-rich systems.
Confident in designing data models, APIs, and backend architectures for complex products.
Solid understanding of databases and data access patterns (MongoDB, ClickHouse, or other SQL/NoSQL systems).
Able to work autonomously, make technical decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
Product-oriented mindset with an interest in building systems that real users rely on daily.
Comfortable collaborating in a senior engineering team with shared ownership of the platform.
