Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Manage Meta Ads (IG/FB) end-to-end: targeting, structure, A/B tests, budget optimization, remarketing.
- Manage Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube): keywords & intent, negatives, bidding and budget optimization.
- Own tracking & analytics: Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, UTMs; report and optimize ROAS/CPA/CAC/CVR and funnel performance.
- Run influencer marketing (paid & barter): sourcing, outreach, briefs, deals, content checks, performance tracking; grow UGC.
- Lead social media & content (IG/TikTok/LinkedIn): weekly plan, consistent posting, community management & basic crisis handling.
- Coordinate creative/design without an agency: brief designers, manage KV/story sets/outdoor & in-store assets, give fast revisions.
- Support CRM & lifecycle campaigns and basic landing page/link tracking; work with weekly/monthly KPIs and action-driven reporting.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience running Meta + Google Ads in-house (no agency dependency).
- Strong knowledge of Pixel/CAPI/GA4, conversion/event tracking, UTMs and performance reporting.
- Experience with influencer operations (paid + barter) and UGC-driven growth.
- Familiar with IG/TikTok content language and community management.
- Able to manage designers and creative workflows; Canva/Figma is a plus.
- KPI-driven, organized, proactive; strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
