About the Role:
- Support contract, operational and client relationship management. Including oversees compliance, audits, and KPI tracking.
- Drives continuous improvement and team leadership and manages vendor contracts and SLAs.
- Conducts vendor performance review and compliance checks, act as point of contact for employees regarding facility-related inquiries, including act as point of contact for employees regarding facility-related inquiries.
- Oversees technical maintenance and compliance, manages planned and corrective maintenance, support energy efficiency and system optimization.
- Provides engineering input for upgrades and projects.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 7–10 years of engineering or facilities management experience, with at least 3–5 years in data centre or mission‑critical environment management.
Strong hands‑on knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, critical power, cooling, and redundancy architectures in a 24/7 operations environment.
Proven experience leading engineering teams and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders, customers, and external vendors.
Certifications such as Uptime Institute (ATD/ATS), Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP), or equivalent; familiarity with BMS/DCIM tools is an advantage.
