Hours: 40/Week
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a hybrid work arrangement offering a combination of in-office and remote work.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR FCMC:
Our Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on role that contributes to and carries out the creative vision of the Marketing Department, serving as an excellent opportunity to advance your career in marketing. The integral responsibilities of our Marketing Coordinator include:
- Coordinating and executing marketing plans and tactics
- Facilitating marketing stakeholder engagement for approvals
- Understanding and driving forward service-line-based marketing
- Assisting the Marketing Director in developing marketing tactic calendars and completing duties
- Coordinating with vendors and agencies to create and place marketing materials
- Tracking marketing key indicators to assess return on investment
- Writing copy for marketing and web content
- Assisting in driving our social media content and presence
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field and one year of direct marketing experience
OR
- Associate degree or equivalent education/certifications in marketing or business and two to three years of direct marketing experience
AND
- Experience managing social media content
- Proficiency in copywriting and a solid understanding of grammar
- Ability to think strategically and understand how and when patients seek healthcare
- Experience managing and placing advertisements in various marketing channels
- Excellent project management and campaign planning skills
- Must have an aptitude and desire for learning and improving
- Experience in digital marketing on Google Ads (display, search, etc.), paid social media, and other targeted digital channels is a big plus
- Ability to communicate well under pressure
- Must be an independent driver responsible and accountable for their own work and schedule
- Must adhere to department principles of respect, communication, transparency, and ownership
Essential Job Functions:
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
- Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment
- Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, and push/pull up to 30 pounds
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 pounds
- Must comply with HIPAA and patient privacy
- Must submit to COVID-19 testing as required by CMS and other regulatory agencies according to FCMC policy
- Have full COVID-19 vaccination (some exemptions allowed)
Work Environment:
FCMC operates 24 hours per day each day of the year: operational needs of departments may require that you be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the patients
Occasional exposure to bodily injury, loud or unpleasant noise, unpleasant odor, and emotional or physical stress
Frequent use of a keyboard and computer
This position works in the business office with typical office hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
