The Recruiter is a key member of the People & Culture Team. The Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment and placement of CRO roles (inclusive of clinical, biometric, and administrative). Key tasks include sourcing, connecting with talent, assessing performance and culture fit for the company, and facilitating interviews and offers.
· Source for all CRO roles (inclusive of clinical, biometric, and administrative).
· Utilize tools such as LinkedIn.
· Develop strategies to attract qualified candidates.
· Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough evaluation process connecting performance and culture fit for the company.
· Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in opportunities within the organization.
· Use job boards, social media, and professional networks for sourcing.
· Communicate effectively and timely with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
· Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
· Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of clinical candidates
· Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· 3 to 6 years of experience in CRO recruitment preferred. Oncology experience is a plus. Strong understanding of clinical roles and requirements.
