What is the job about?
It’s a temporary position to cover 2 Years maternity leave, we expect the join the team by Middle March of 2026. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the world's leading water technology company. We are seeking to appoint a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly, inclusive, and highly inspirational team in Seoul, South Korea.
At its heart, it is a Senior Marketing Coordinator role is to develop the marketing activities and initiatives supporting the overall growth of Marketing and Sales Development within Asia pacific industry segment in the assigned area. Effectively collaborate within the Industry APAC Sales Team in achieving Industry APAC commercial targets by efficiently deploying traditional and digital marketing activities with optimizing impact.
You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines and are creative while being agile and responsive. You will have a passion for learning new high
tools, trends, and processes in the Marketing World. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative and outcome-focused environment.
Your main responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business admin and similar
- Experience making developed processes within traditional and digital marketing with high level of understanding
- Communication skills in cross cultural environment
- Develop and deploy the MKT plan of assigned business area, commercial priorities and projects.
- Be responsible for the implementation of local marketing activities in East Asia or other assigned countries.
- Closely work with and support Area Sales leader with local customer events in Assigned area
- Manage and optimize marketing expenditure according to company and manager’s guideline.
- Develop and maintain case stories and project references for assigned commercial priority and projects.
- Apply and promote digital marketing tools to Area and Regional business cases.
- Provide marketing support to area customers, dealer partners as well as sales team.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Industry, market and business environment Experience driving developed processes within Digital Marketing.
- Ability to guide processes or projects
- Ability to direct a business process within Digital Marketing
- Most likely to have 3+ years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
- Technical, functional and professional with solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Digital Marketing.
- Strong ability influence others.
- Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Digital Marketing area.
