No prior AEM experience is required - we will provide full training and support you in mastering the platform - our Academy will fully prepare you for the role.

As our DevOps Engineer, you would have the following responsibilities:
- Provision, configure, and maintain AEM on Linux servers;
- Operate Kubernetes microservices deployments;
- Implement infrastructure automation using Ansible;
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins);
- Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting;
- Create actionable dashboards and SLO/SLI definitions;
- Implement alert runbooks and on-call procedures;
- Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues across app, cluster, and network layers;
- Write Bash utilities and helper scripts for automation and incident response;
- Contribute to internal tooling (CLI utilities, pipeline templates, Ansible roles/collections)
Key competences that will help you succeed:
2+ years of experience as DevOps - Ansible, Bash, Linux servers, Kibana, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitHub.
