Role Overview
As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for support, designing, implementing, and evolving network solutions for a diverse portfolio of enterprise customers. You’ll work closely with internal delivery teams and clients to create secure, scalable, and reliable network architectures. Our partnerships with Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, and Fortinet form the core of our networking ecosystem. In parallel, we increasingly deliver SASE solutions such as Palo Alto Prisma Access, Zscaler or Aryaka. Your expertise will drive customer outcomes across traditional, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.
This is a hands-on design role where you’ll need to balance strategic thinking with the pragmatism of delivery.
Key Responsililities
• Network Architecture Design
o Develop high-level and low-level designs for LAN, WAN, wireless, SASE and cloud networking.
o Define standards and best practices across multi-vendor environments.
o Design secure network segmentation strategies incorporating Zero Trust principles.
• Solution Implementation
o Oversee deployments and migrations of network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
o Validate configurations and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet performance and security objectives.
• Customer Engagement
o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, challenging assumptions and proposing innovative approaches.
o Develop network transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
o Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and training.
• Continuous Improvement
o Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to customer needs.
o Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and delivery methodologies.
Must-Have:
• Bachelor degree or higher
• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade network solutions.
• Deep knowledge of at least two of the following or similar:
o Aruba Networks (e.g., ClearPass, Aruba Central, Mobility Controllers)
o Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, Prisma Access)
o Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
• Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, VPNs, and security policies.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have:
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PCNSE, NSE, Aruba Certified Design Professional).
• Experience integrating network solutions with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform).
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture frameworks.
