What You’ll Be Doing
Optimize the use of Microsoft Azure within the development team
Design, implement, and manage automated tools for cloud deployment and operations
Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools
Manage Azure subscriptions and licensing
Perform day-to-day maintenance of IaaS and PaaS infrastructure
Implement, maintain, and regularly test disaster recovery and high availability solutions
Create and maintain clear and well-documented operational procedures
Provide and maintain an architectural overview of the Azure infrastructure
Communicate cloud concepts, best practices, and guidelines to the development team
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers and engineers
Work closely with the Release Manager to ensure high-quality deployments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of work experience.
Microsoft Azure (App services, SQL databases, CosmosDb, storage accounts, etc)
Terraform (infrastructure maintenance and updates)
Git-based version control, branch management, and releases
CI/CD pipeline maintenance (Azure DevOps)
Identity & access management (users, groups, roles, access tokens)
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Cost monitoring and optimization on Azure
Ensuring security, stability, and high availability of the platform
