About this role
We are expanding our UX capability and are looking for two complementary UI/UX professionals to join our Global Digital Team in Manila. While both roles work closely together, each has a distinct strength:
- Design‑Led UX Designer & Researcher – stronger in design execution and solution delivery, with solid research participation
- Discovery‑Led UX Researcher & Designer – stronger in structured discovery and research, translating insights into early design direction
Both roles report to the UX Lead and collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams.
UX Designer & Researcher (Design‑Led)
In this role, you will take research-informed insights and turn them into clear, usable, and delivery-ready design solutions. You will spend most of your time shaping user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, while actively contributing to research and validation activities. You will collaborate closely with Developers and QA to ensure designs are implemented accurately and align with established design systems, accessibility standards, and business goals. This role suits a UX professional who is strongest in design execution and problem-solving, with research as a critical input to decision-making.
UX Researcher & Designer (Discovery-Led)
In this role, you will lead structured UX discovery to understand user needs, define problems, and inform early design direction. You will plan and conduct research, synthesise insights, and translate findings into clear problem statements, recommendations, and early-stage design outputs such as journeys and wireframes. You will work closely with Designers, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure decisions are evidence-based and user-centred from the outset. This role is ideal for a UX professional who is strongest in research, analysis, and synthesis, and who can confidently shape design direction through insight.
