Job Description:

Responsible for the most complex and multi-faceted issues within one or more customer service areas. Is a subject matter expert to whom the leadership team reaches out to with regards to his/her specialization within customer service. Leads project teams without direct people management responsibility. Might also assist in the development of customer service strategies.
