Position Overview

The Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals, with a strong emphasis on clinical roles. This individual will independently develop sourcing strategies, manage high-priority searches, and build long-term candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare recruiter who thrives in high-volume recruiting, cold outreach, and relationship-driven talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead full-cycle clinical recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
  • Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for provider-level roles

  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for time-sensitive clinical needs

  • Cold-call, engage, and qualify clinical candidates daily

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience

  • Screen and evaluate high volumes of resumes to identify best-fit candidates

  • Present qualified candidates to leadership for review and selection

  • Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout interviews, offers, negotiations, relocation, and offer acceptance

  • Track recruiting activity and candidate status within the ATS

  • Meet aggressive staffing goals, deadlines, and placement targets

  • Match clinicians’ skills and experience with site-specific needs

  • Maintain long-term relationships with candidates for future hiring needs

  • Manage multiple priorities and move seamlessly between tasks

  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality throughout the recruitment process

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare or clinical recruiting experience

  • Proven success recruiting clinicians, providers, or healthcare professionals

  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and leadership

  • Demonstrated ability to meet high-volume recruiting goals

  • Strong cold-calling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
