Responsible for managing marketing activities to drive customer experience in order to increase our brand awareness and sales uplift AIS products & services.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives such as Mobile Application, Online Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Regulatory Affairs and other departments on projects related to customer experience improvement.
• Conduct research to identify trends in customer needs and preferences and use it to develop new ideas for marketing campaigns or product development.
• Create reports on performance metrics for different channels like website traffic, social media engagement rate, event attendees, etc.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation in customer experience.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously while ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to advertising and promotion of products/services.
