We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our HR team in Gurugram. This role will focus on the full recruitment cycle for local hiring, including positions such as accountants, data entry, technical roles, and other functions. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers, support candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to offer stage. This role is office-based with 4 hours of work per day and the potential to grow into a full-time position as business needs to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs for various roles across departments.
  • Create and post job openings on local job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster India) and other relevant platforms.
  • Actively source candidates through online portals, social media, and headhunting techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and recruitment progress.
  • Work closely with hiring managers across multiple locations, including India, the United States, and Europe, to support recruitment needs across different regions and time zones. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Prior recruiting experience (preferably 2+ years) with exposure to full-cycle hiring, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Knowledge of local recruiting platforms and strategies used in the Indian job market (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and efficient database management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a professional approach to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards under deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local labor market trends and recruitment best practices in India.
  • Comfortable interacting with various Hiring Managers and providing timely feedback.
Work schedule:Monday - Friday from 6:30 PM till 10:30 PM (can be discussed)
