At Monks, we’re looking for a Content Manager to lead the development of always-on content that lives at the intersection of creativity, culture, and performance. This role is for someone who thinks social-first, moves fast, and knows how to turn strategy into culturally relevant ideas with real impact.
What you’ll do

Develop always-on content ideas across copy, stills, and video, based on a clear editorial and strategic direction, with a strong focus on creative impact and cultural relevance.

Translate brand guidelines, tone of voice, and editorial objectives into clear, engaging, and social-native creative assets.

Bring a strong creative point of view, proposing new narratives, formats, and angles to continuously elevate the content grid.

Identify cultural, platform, and audience behavior trends, spotting reactive and proactive opportunities aligned with editorial priorities.

Collaborate closely with the Editorial Manager and creative teams to raise the bar on output, prioritizing quality over quantity.

Manage the content creation workflow in Monday, including asset uploads, tracking, and tagging throughout the creation process.

Track client feedback and review / validate final assets before publication, ensuring narrative coherence, craft excellence, and brand consistency.

Work in close partnership with Community and Data teams to optimize content based on performance, audience feedback, and actionable insights.
What we’re looking for

Proven experience managing always-on, social-first content for brands.

Strong editorial mindset with a deep understanding of storytelling, culture, and platforms.

Ability to balance creative vision with execution and organization.

Collaborative approach and high standards for craft and detail.

Experience working with content workflows and project management tools (Monday is a plus).

Comfort using performance data and insights to continuously improve content.
