Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent to serve as a key point of contact between our company and our clients. This role focuses on delivering clear, professional, and efficient communication while ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and client inquiries
Resolve questions or concerns efficiently while maintaining company standards
Document interactions clearly and maintain organized call records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions
