What We Are Looking For
Distyl is looking for a versatile, hands-on Technical Recruiter with a track record of building incredible teams in high growth mode. In this role, you will handle recruiting for key roles from end-to-end across engineering, strategy, research, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for key technical roles (AI Engineers, AI Researchers, AI Strategists, and more)
Source top talent through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and creative campaigns and AI-driven strategies using tools like ChatGPT or LinkedIn AI extensions
Use AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows, write high-conversion outreach, screen candidates efficiently, and analyze recruiting data to improve performance
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, calibrating on role requirements, interview structure, and ideal profiles
Deliver outstanding candidate experiences, ensuring timely communication, clarity in process, and a high-touch approach from start to finish
Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs, with a focus on quality and long-term fit
Champion our brand in the AI and tech talent space, attending relevant events, conferences, and meetups to represent our team and values
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record hiring technical roles in a high-growth or startup environment
Comfort using or experimenting with AI tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, screening, or interview coordination
Ability to move fast, operate autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when engaging technical talent
Highly organized, data-aware, and committed to continuously improving the recruiting process
A collaborative spirit with strong judgment, discretion, and an eye for long-term team building
Exposure to tools like Ashby, ChatGPT, Juicebox, or other AI-native recruiting tools
Technical acumen or bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field is a plus

The base salary range for this role is $150K – $180K, depending on experience, location, and level. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for meaningful equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package
